I was taken to Alec’s desk where he explained the details of the work, the amount of time required, and escorted me to the most comfortable waiting area where I was completely distracted until Alec came back to get me 5 minutes before he promised. They washed my car and left a mint. Nice! More

Service of 2012 Acura TSX Vanessa Harris, my service writer was the best. Made an appointment and she took care of oil change plus coolant replacement in my 2012 TSX in 2 hrs. Quick oil change I stopped by for an oil change, without an appointment. Alec was immediately available to help me.
