He discussed with me the service I requested, reviewed my car's history with me, the process, and the time required. He even arranged for a ride to take me home and pick me up when I had an unexpected time issue. When I picked up my car he reviewed the maintenance performed along with the inspection checklist in detail as they found a small oil leak. I have had Matt as my advisor many times over the past 10 years and he is consistently great. When I leave I feel valuable and like family. Thank you Matt and Courtesy Acura More

Recent Service Visit My transmission light came on while I was running errands. I was in the vicinity of Courtesy so stopped by without an appointment. They were able to look at it right away and provided a loaner vehicle in the meantime so that I was able to continue my day. Missy Zalinger called me later in the afternoon with the diagnostic and said they could do the repair right away. She explained the problem and provided an accurate estimate of the cost along with the expected timeframe for the repair. Both the cost and time were right on target. Missy was very personable and very nice to deal with. I am looking forward to my next visit, though I hope it is just for the next oil change. More
