Amazing Customer Service! I just purchased a CPO 2019 MDX from Courtesy Acura, and there were a couple of items that needed to be taken care of. The service center mentioned th I just purchased a CPO 2019 MDX from Courtesy Acura, and there were a couple of items that needed to be taken care of. The service center mentioned they could take care of those items for me, ordered the parts, and scheduled a time that worked best for me to drop off the car. They had a another 2019 MDX waiting for me as a loaner, and the entire process was so smooth and painless. Alec was the service manager assigned to me, and he was nothing short of outstanding. He and the service director, Connor, went above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable with the work that was going to be done with my car, and when the time came to hand me back the keys, they sure delivered! Everything was done, as promised, in the time they mentioned it would take. I am so glad these are the folks that are going to be taking care of me and my car for the next several years, because I know they will come through. I came in for regular service and to get a new side mirror. I’ve had one of my side view mirrors taped for months because it came off after backing out of the garage and hitting the wall. I really hated consta I’ve had one of my side view mirrors taped for months because it came off after backing out of the garage and hitting the wall. I really hated constantly taping the mirror and asked about the cost of a replacement. When Vanessa told me the cost, it unfortunately didn’t include the labor. The cost of the mirror plus the labor was simply more than I could manage. I told Vanessa I’ll just need to buy more tape. She called maintenance and asked if they could work with me on the cost of the labor. I’m very happy to say that thanks to Vanessa calling, we agreed on a manageable price! I had a 7:00am appointment and Vanessa was so genuinely nice, went over everything throughly. I can’t thank her enough for helping me to finally get my mirror. Vanessa was kind and professional, I will call on her again. More
