Exceptional Customer Service. Connor and Vanessa rock!!!! I had a Nordstrom like experience with Service Department Manager Connor and Service Advisor, Vanessa. It has been a difficult and emotional situation I had a Nordstrom like experience with Service Department Manager Connor and Service Advisor, Vanessa. It has been a difficult and emotional situation that is being involved with Acura MDX 2013. I am not sure I am up to share all the details of the situations. However what I can say, that Connor and Vanessa went above and beyond. They treated you like your best friend would ever treat you while retaining professionalism and high level of integrity. As I mentioned earlier, there were very emotional circumstances, but those two individuals handled it brilliantly. The problem was quickly fixed and though out of warranty by a short time, they fixed the issue without charge. I'll purchase another vehicle from this business in the future and recommend others to this dealership. More

Great service from Vanessa and team. I had to bring my car for a regular service and I used their complimentary valet service, which is super convenient for me. Urgent Support Required Our battery died just two months after being replaced by Courtesy Acura. Luckily it was under warranty.
