Battery Replacement & Oil Change • I have two concerns with one being major. ☆ You installed a new battery for me in 2017 and now I need another one in 2019. This is after I disconn • I have two concerns with one being major. ☆ You installed a new battery for me in 2017 and now I need another one in 2019. This is after I disconnected the bluetooth module to keep my battery from constantly discharging. I can't help but wonder about the quality of the batteries that you are using. ☆ The minor issue is the amount of time that it took to complete what I think are relatively simple procedures. Strangely, I got home (15 miles) and parked the RDX in the garage. Later, I pulled out to go on an errand and noticed a substantial oil spot on the garage floor. Ugh, clean up time! No drips now so perhaps the service tech forgot to wipe down the frame after the filter/oil removal. Probably a detail the service manager could remind the techs to watch. More
