Fortunately, we had purchased the ding and dent policy (recommend) and they made an appointment to bring it in. We worked with Michael in service and have never been treated better in our lives. I received the text from Matt letting me know my car was ready - ordered the Lyft to pick me up - and arrived back at Courtesy to find my car waiting for me.
