In addition, other services were recommended at a cost of approx. $7500.00. I think $10,000. is a bit much to spend on a 20 year old car with 235,000 miles. More

Not as organzied as usual Hi -- we've owed courtesy Acuras since 2002 (all MDXs) so have quite a bit of experience. I've almost always had first rate experiences with having w Hi -- we've owed courtesy Acuras since 2002 (all MDXs) so have quite a bit of experience. I've almost always had first rate experiences with having work done but this time a couple of issues 1 -- I waited quite a while to be served when arriving. I had a 9 am appointment, I arrived around 9:10, and it was close to 9:45 before I was seated with an advisor. 2 -- He was very nice (Todd?) but immediately told me there were no loaners left, apologized, he'd just checked out the last one. I had arranged to have a loaner at least 3 weeks previous. This had never happened before at Courtesy (both the long wait to be served and no loaner). He said he'd try to get my service done quickly (it was a recall issue). While I had scheduled a number of errands, I agreed to wait. Todd was right he was able to get the service done fairly quickly, but there were some dirty cabin filters so we took care of that. I was out of there a bit after 11 am which is not too bad, but I would hope I will not encounter these issues in the future. I'd recommend this service center based on excellent experiences previously More
