I appreciate the multi point inspection that is done on the vehicle ea I have taken my car into the Service Department ever since I purchased the car. I appreciate the multi point inspection that is done on the vehicle each time it is brought in. The inspection showed my battery needed replaced. I was able to tack on that service as well, and my car was still done in the timeframe Todd said it would be. The efficiency of the service department is top notch. This time I waited for my car to be serviced. I appreciate the many beverage choices while I waited. The atmosphere in the waiting area is one geared toward making customers comfortable. Excellent Service Department I had a strange squeak, when slowing down to 20 mph. then accelerating up again. Michael listened to me and believed me. He even had me drive my car I had a strange squeak, when slowing down to 20 mph. then accelerating up again. Michael listened to me and believed me. He even had me drive my car to show the tech exactly how to reproduce the squeak. Once I drove it, Dom, knew exactly what was wrong with the car and they worked with Acura's warranty department and fixed the problem before it became a serious concern that could have over heated the engine. Also, Michael continued to update me on my car's progress through the complicated repair and they didn't return the car until they re-tested it, to make sure the 'squeak' and problem was gone. Throughout the process, I had a loaner car so I wasn't out of commission. Michael and Dom did a great job. More
