Lindsey, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I personally looked at the drivers seat while you were in for service. It appeared that something had caused a cut in the bottom of the drivers seat. Unfortunately, Acura will not cover any kind of damages caused under the factory warranty as it is not considered to be a manufacture defect. We also looked into the option of getting the seat repaired by a leather specialist however, due to the seat being perforated this was not an option. I apologize we were unable to get this covered for you under warranty. If you have any questions or wish to discuss this further, please contact me directly.
