I had a very pleasant experience with Courtesy Acura again from the moment I parked my car in front of the service department to the moment I drove my car away. David W. is a very warm person, he explained everything to me in detail and with patience. The technician found a leak on the left axle seal and fixed it in timely fashion. The maintenance was meant for a family road trip and I felt so much safer now with all the points the technician checked. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for my next maintenance and would highly recommend it. More

The 4 star rating this time is due to the fact that after the recall work was done on the fuel pump, someone didn't reset warnings and I left the dealership to only have 5 warning screens appear. I quickly turned around and returned to the dealership where they were able to correct the issue. The following day, my service for oil appeared, however, they took care of that while they had my car. Once again, someone did not reset the maintenance. I was able to locate how to do it in my manual and completed it myself. It is a rather important step as this can throw off the mileage and timing of your service. I mention this as it may have been an oversight and one that can easily be fixed. Overall, we have had many excellent service appointments since 2009! More
