I purchased my MDX at this dealership and have only had it serviced there. In five years I have had only one complaint and that was about one year ago (and concerned a rude employee who might have just be it serviced there. Acura service rocks. I needed a loaner too-no problem-even on a Saturday!!! And wow-I think it even got detailed there. Very clean and nice. Not to mention a cold bottle of water and a mint whe problem-even on a Saturday!!! And wow-I think it even got detailed there. Very clean and nice. My Air Conditioner went out. The first time I brought it in, Courtesy Acura misdiagnosed my problem and charged me $550 for not fixing my air conditioner. So I had to bring it in again and now they wanted in, Courtesy Acura misdiagnosed my problem and charged me $550 for not fixing my air conditioner. So I had to bring it in again and now they wanted me to pay another $650. I complained and the additional charge was reduced to $520. Not happy with the misdiagnosis and the additional charges. More
