I like that the drop off location is indoor and the overall building is just cleaner and nicer compared to the other dealership in Aurora. I do wish the service advisor who was working with me is a little bit more personable. He didn't recognize me when I dropped off the car the second time even though he worked with me a couple weeks back - and the service was a follow up from last time (even I recognized him, and my car is one of the uncommon discontinued model which should be easy to tell, but I get it - I dealt with only him last time while he deals with so many customers which is hard to keep track of). I got my car back a day late than promised but I didn't mind as they gave me a loaner car and I was more than happy to drive around in a new 2024 MDX for an extra day. When I picked up the car, I was about to drive off when the service manager luckily caught and stopped me - it turns out the tech forgot to put back the camera cover which I didn't notice (the cover was lying on the back seat). It's a minor thing which they could've done better in quality assurance check, and I dock off one star in the review for this - as I shouldn't be made to wait again when they showed me to the car in the driveway already with the engine on for me to drive off. More
