Up until yesterday, I have had excellent service. Had my 2018 RDX in for a $550 service. I specifically asked to have the tires and brakes checked as they are original. I picked up the car and the inspection report was empty. Chris stated that the guys did not report anything and that was that. The car was dirty inside and out. The inspection and the wash and vacuum were checked off by a technician as being done. I emailed the service manager, Chris, and received nothing in return. I am hoping that the other work was done. I will travel out of town to find an Acura dealer to service my car. I am disappointed. More

The sales transaction was fine but after purchasing my 2021 RDX from Courtesy Acura, I have learned this car has issues that Acura is aware of but not correcting. I have now learned that Courtesy Acura Service Department is not too concerned about issues with my vehicle now that the car is mine. My car only has 24,000 miles and is still in warranty. I have found that Gary Force Acura in Nashville will correct my warranty issues with my RDX even though I did not buy my car at their place of business. While the Gary Force Acura staff were excellent, the issues with my RDX seem to be caused by known weakness in the Acura RDX equipment, primarily in the computer or electronic technology areas. While I will never purchase another Acura, I do have a Gary Force Honda dealership nearby. The staff there is also excellent. More

About 2 weeks ago I called Trae about a truck that was for sale on used lot. He handed me off to Chris Webb and I test drove the truck and it seemed fine. Low miles and great condition. Chris was reasonable and easy to deal with. I was pleased and happy. I took the truck home and had to go on a trip out of town. After returning him my driveway was covered in oil and other fluids leaking from front end. In the two weeks of owning the truck I still hadn’t even driven it more than 60 miles. So I immediately tried to clean my driveway and go went to drive the truck. It now makes a loud grinding noise followed by buzzing noise that won’t stop. My wife and kids literally won’t ride in the truck as it leaks every single time it gets driven and the noise is unbearable. Again I paid in full about 41000 bucks and hadn’t driven the vehicle 60 miles and when I called they could have cared less. They said it’s all on me. Not them. Even tho it was pre owned certified. Chris Webb connected me to Chris in service whom manages that end of business. He said he didn’t sale the truck to me and if I bring it in either I or Chris Webb will have to pay. They didn’t offer me a warranty or anything. I was shocked at how little they cared. But they did give me a fire tablet. So there’s that. Andrew Caudill. More
