We needed a brake change done as a walk in since we are real busy and get very little warning in advance when one of us are free. Well they got us in as a walk in. Plus their brake special was around $50 less than the dealership I usually go to. Back to their location.. it is near many restaurants, a mall, and even a movie theater. All walking distance. While they are a Acura dealership they still had my Honda brake pads and I’m pretty sure other car company ones can be done. I have purchased three new vehicles from THIS dealership over the years, although I live approximately 150 miles away, and I have an Acura dealership approximately half that distance from my home. Why?... because I get the type of professionalism, knowledge of product, and courtesy from this dealership that means so very much to me. And I've never been disappointed in these areas. The only area that I'm a little disappointed about, although I can understand why, is no longer offering Saturday service in the Service Department, which in my case sometimes makes it a little difficult to schedule service.
