Do Not Buy Any used Car from this Dealership **** I bought used Acura Mdx Next day Water was leaking on driver side door from roof. When I called sales rep. He said bring it back let me take a look bought used Acura Mdx Next day Water was leaking on driver side door from roof. When I called sales rep. He said bring it back let me take a look . i leave the SUV for 2days to their dealership . After 2days manager called me and said your car is ready. He lied that they fix it. But they didn’t fix the problem. After one week same problem happened so i went back to talk to them but Used car manager namd start with T was showing his attitude and discriminating me. Very very rudely talk to me and refused to fix it even i was ready to pay for it . I was not asking my money back but politely i told him please fix the problem but he was shouting at me and says if i buy liquor bottle from you & opened it and wants to return it would you take it back? I was confused why he is saying that. i feel i got scammed here. once they knew the problem they can fix it free of charge or at nominal charge. It is very small job for their dealership but he says you have to fix it by yourself we can not provide any help. Basically they do not take care of customers Lying about the used car history they knew problems but they were hiding the information also Very rudely saying we can’t do fixing you bought it from us as is. I didn’t bargain anything what ever they asked I paid them full listed price it was very good experience at buying time. Shame on this dealership their name is courtesy and they don’t do any courtesy to customer. Shame on them to keep un professional manager who do not take care of their customer. I would not recommend to buy any car from them . It is very minor leak sun rood drain was clogged and 5minute job for auto repair shop but Acura dealership wants to charge $170 for diagnostic fee and then they will charge for fixing may be another $400 or $500. So I decided not to get fix . Do not use this dealership Specifically when you buying used car. May be owner and other sales person were nice but manager name start with T is a bad person in their office. I am ready to write to better business bureau and complain to attorney general office regarding this issue. Manager name T this message to you . You didn’t deserve your position. When you not solved the minor problem and satisfied the customer. I believe you may have some kind of mental problem or inferiority complex which lead you to believe you are white so you are right .keep your anger and attitude on side. All customers are not same Never ever do this things to anyone else. Never disrespect to any customer. When you sale any used cars and minor problems happen you have to solve it immediately without arguing and not realizing customer that they made mistake to buy used car from your dealership. I was not ready to write any bad reviews to any business. But i feel if i do not write this. your management will never find out what you are doing with your customers. Always remember you can not take care of your customer then someone will. My experience at this used car dealership is really bad. Keep in mind they scammed you on the name of sweet deal!!! More

Car sat in lot for over three hours till it was worked on. Issue with lifts. Should have called prior to my one hour drive in and rescheduled. I visited the dealership for an oil change and oil filter replacement. The staff were friendly and efficient. My sales person saw me waiting and spoke to me and showed me the new Integra Type S. I even took replacement. The staff were friendly and efficient. My sales person saw me waiting and spoke to me and showed me the new Integra Type S. I even took the new car for a test drive!
