Went above and beyond to help us find us the exact Car and features we wanted. No pressure and very knowledeible explaining features and options. Please speed up the process - It took a long time to get a price quote as our first salesperson insisted we look at all of the cars and colors before he would talk price. The general manager John Osborne a price quote as our first salesperson insisted we look at all of the cars and colors before he would talk price. The general manager John Osborne was very helpful and concerned that my initial experience took longer than expected. He actually responded to my post which impressed me. I ended up purchasing a car from Courtesy due to John's professional follow up with me. We completed our sales transaction with Jesse Yoder and he was very thorough in explaining the features of the car. He stayed after the dealership's closing time to make sure both of us were comfortable with all of the cars features. He also helped me pair my phone to the car and made sure I knew how to use this feature. I was pleased with John Osborne's professionalism and the smoothness in completing my transaction with Jesse Yoder and the finance department. More

I purchased a new Acura MDX over memorial day weekend and my sales person Kerry was outstanding. He was informative, helpful and pleasant to deal with. He was professional without adding any pressure for the sale. He answered all of my questions and gave me and my wife adequate alone time to discuss the sale as we went through the proces. He spent several hours with us and showed us as many car options as we wanted to look at. Our Finance person was also execellent to deal with. She was ready and well prepared when we got to her. She also was knowledgable and explained all of the detail and options to us. I came back the next day with questions and the manager helped answer them for me. Everyone I have met so far at Courtesy is very professional and friendly. I look foward to taking my care there. More

My Element needed the 50000 mile maintenance performed. In the past all my service has been done at a nearbye Honda dealer. Due to some issues I tried Courtesy as I remember that name from my childhood. In the past all my service has been done at a nearbye Honda dealer. Due to some issues I tried Courtesy as I remember that name from my childhood. I called early in the week and spoke to Michelle in service. She set up the appointment for Friday night drop off. On Friday when I pulled into the Service Dept. Lorenzo met me before I got to the door and took all info. I mentioned that I was walking and he said "no, let me get someone to take you"! THAT is customer Service! TJ came over and waited until we were done with the paper work. When we got to my house he said "when they call tomorrow to let you know your car is ready I'll be here to pick you up in about 20 minutes"! Again, outstanding customer service! My car was to be ready sometime before 1:00PM the next day. When I got home about 30 minutes later Lorenzo called with some info the Technician wanted me to be aware of. They had already started the service as I dropped off my car a bit early. Lorenzo explained the concerns in full detail with no pressure. More

Kerry Walton was great at helping me purchase my Acura MDX. He respected my need to be quick and had me in/out of the dealership on my first visit in half the time a competitor dealer held me and gave me MDX. This along with their better price quote allowed me to eliminate the competition and work solely with Courtesy. They were patient through the process which took a few weeks since I was working with my husband to negotiate. I never felt pressured or harassed, just enough contact to help keep the process moving. I would highly recommend Courtesy Acura. More

Our experience with Jesse Yoder and Courtesy Acura was fabulous. We don't live near this Acura dealership and so it was difficult to get there by closing to learn about our Acura after purchase. I feel confident using the navigation and blue tooth capabilities but also feel that I will not be a bother if I need to contact Jesse at a further date for assistance.
