I purchased a used RDX from Ray Newman recently and have been impressed with his follow up and desire to follow through on the deal. I had requested the front headlight be fixed (moisture on the inside of t been impressed with his follow up and desire to follow through on the deal. I had requested the front headlight be fixed (moisture on the inside of the lens) before the deal be finalized. Ray had gotten the condition approved, and had tried to reseal the lens but in the end, Courtesy ended up replacing the entire headlight assembly and control unit that burned out because of the moisture. This is my second Acura and have used Courtesy for years, and will continue to do so because they still believe in doing the right thing and treating their customers better than anyone else. I also want to mention that Matt in service was fantastic. He continually following up on the progress of the vehicle. He discovered a scratch on the new lens when he delivered it to me. He immediately took it back to the detail shop, had them polish it out then had them polish the other headlight and made it look like new. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I have had. More

I Love Courtesy Acura! I purchased my 2013 MDX here at the end of December 2012. I looked online for a few vehicles to compare when purchasing a new car. I was able to print a coupon for $4,500 off on my new MDX and pick everything I wanted. The salespersons were not pushy unlike the Ford dealership that would not show me what I was looking for. I bought tinted windows for my MDX and had to bring the car to the service dept for this. They had a rental waiting for me running with the heater on that morning! The 1st time I took my car in for an oil change I was surprised with a complementary car wash when it was done. I just had my 2nd oil change and again the staff, especially Michelle was very nice and professional! I not only get a oil change I get a free car wash, cold bottle of water, AND a Ghiradelli chocolate in my car! This dealership always goes above and beyond great customer service. Love them! More

The salesman, Jim Kurtz was very helpful and took care of all my concerns and made my buying experie was my best experience yet in purchasing a car. My experience with Sean was great. The most important thing that he did for me that sticks out in my mind is that he was not pushy at all. I went to several other dealerships during the process of finding a car, and at two of them particularly the salesmen were so pushy that I just wanted to leave, I don't think it would have even mattered if I had found a car I liked, I would not have wanted to purchase it from them. Since purchasing my 2013 MDX a few months back, I have had nothing but great experiences with Courtesy Acura. I have always loathed shopping for cars and my experience here was a true turning point. From the moment you walk in the door everything is first class and you feel that they are there to help you. My sales person, James (Jim) O'Connell was wonderful and walked us through the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. AND they got us out of there in under our 1.5 hour request! I just had my vehicle serviced for the first time and that was a great experience as well. Michelle was professional and efficient while helping me with scheduling and service information. You also can't beat driving off in a spotless car with a chilled bottle of water and some Ghirardelli chocolates waiting for you. I tell all my friends to go to Courtesy Acura, the vehicles are second to none, as is the service. More
I was in the service department to get an oil change and tires rotated. My initial invoice was quoted as being roughtly $75. By the time I left, my bill totalled over $300. The service department went over the additional charges (which I approved - if my vehicle needs the work then it needs the work). However, I was shocked to watch, while in the waiting room, that 90% of the people waiting also had additional costs and issues that needed to be addressed, which increased their invoice. I feel that the service department intentionally tacks on additional work (I have no idea if the car needs the work done or not, that's what the professional dealership should determine). I left Acura feeling taken advantage of, as this has happened to me on three different occassions now. To watch the service representatives sit down with their customers and have the same speech each and every time ("this looks great, this looks good, but we found......") was appalling. When my indicators tell me that service is needed, I'm diligent about taking my vehicle in. I have had four or five different Acura vehicles over the years, so I am aware of the cost in maintaining the car. I am considering taking my business to Mile High Acura. More
So far, so good !!! I recently purchased a used Toyota Echo for my daughter. Within a couple days, the check engine light came on. My sales person, Jeff, saw me in the service department again and immediately came and gave me a loaner vehicle (FAR nicer than the little Echo) while they figure out why the check engine light continues to come on. Even though this issue is still in the process of being resolved, I feel very confident that it will come to a positive conclusion. If I had purchased this vehicle from a private party or a less reputable dealer, I believe I would be stuck with substantial diagnostic/repair bills. Both Sales and Service have treated me exceptionally !! More
