We feel like we had a very good experience. The vehicle was in good shape, and the sales rep was very friendly, informative, and took a joke very well. My wife and I had shopped every BMW, Acura, Infiniti and Lexus dealership in the Denver Metro area within the last 8 months. After we finally decided to pull the trigger on making a purchase, we discussed where we wanted to buy from. Almost every dealership felt pushy and didn't believe us when we said, "we'll be back"...often having the Sales Manager trying to "salvage the deal". Courtesy was different. The level of integrity and professionalism was second to none on the first visit, so we agreed that we will be buying from these guys. When we walked in the door, we were immediately greeted by Rick Armijo, promptly introducing himself, asking good questions and listening. Rick did an incredible job helping us find the perfect vehicle for our needs. After we got done with the test drive, it felt natural to just buy it. You see, my wife HATED the car buying process until she met Rick. Followed up with excellence F/I experience with Will Douglas and Todd Connell, we were confident that this experience was the best it could have been. Jim Kurtz treated us well the first time we visited the dealership in the Summer, and that's why we came back.
