We test drove cars w all the competitors (BMW, Toyota, Land Rover, Audi, Volvo, etc.) which gave us the chance to learn the caliber of cars out there right now -- and -- the caliber of a whole lot of car salesmen over a short period of time. Leo Falcam was our salesman; we met with no other salesmen who came close. He knows his cars, and he knows people. Whether by phone, email or in person, he was terrific -- not pushy, but very helpful and genuinely polite. I also met with a number of other Courtesy Acura staff and quickly realized they only hire nice, knowledgeable, competent and user friendly folks. Anyone can make car purchasing miserable, these folks make it fun. Courtesy Acura is well named, but it could just as easily be "Really User Friendly and Helpful Acura". We absolutely recommend them, and hopefully you'll get Leo. More
