Sean was a pleasure to work with to get my MDX’s dead battery replaced. When Infirst called about it Sean was going to talk me through the process of trying to jump start the vehicle but logistics preven battery replaced. My Acura MDX started having sensor problems with everything lighting up. I spoke to Matt in service and we decided we needed to have my car towed to the dealership. Matt was in contact with me the w everything lighting up. I spoke to Matt in service and we decided we needed to have my car towed to the dealership. Matt was in contact with me the whole time he texted me when the car arrived and started testing it asap. The tow driver had disconnected my battery to clear the sensors because of that Acura had no record of the sensor situation. Matt and his team test drove it a few times and ran it through sensor checks but could not find anything wrong. I picked up my car the next day and Acura had washed it inside and out, what a great surprise. My MDX is the 4th Acura MDX I have had and I love my car and the service at the dealership... More
