My experience with this dealership started with servicing of my 2005 Kia Optima. I had bought this car at an out of town dealership and wanted service work to be performed locally. During the course of these visits, I met Ms. Wendy Martin who while my car was being serviced, talked with me about not only about cars but current events, etc.The service department performed exceptional work on my vehicle so when time came to purchase a new car, I knew the service work was great so I decided to meet with Ms. Martin about a new 2010 Kia Rio. My experience with her was fantastic, because buying this car from her was the best and easiest process of buying a car that I have ever went thru. I would Highly recommend this dealership and especially Ms. Martin, if someone wanted not only a very good dealership, but a excellant sales experience. More

Heather Bumgardner contacted me intially and I was instantly impressed by her professionalism and willingness to help me. Within two days we were seriously discussing possible purchases. Prior to this she had done all of the necessary paperwork and made the necessary inquiries to make this purchase the best car buying experience ever for me. I wish to thank her. Also, Ken Duneske worked with her to help me make this purchase possible and was so genuine and generous. It was an honor to work with him and I greatly appreciate his help in a dire situation. I spent considerble time researching my next vehicle purchase. Most of my information gathering was done online as I am not very fond of dealerships. After alot of research I decided on the 2011 Sorento. I decided to visit the nearest Kia dealer to my home - Kia of Gastonia. My intention was to test drive, do more research and possibly purchase in a day or two. Upon arrival I was greated by a friendly salesperson who turned out to be very knowledgable. My sales person knew the vehicle inside and out and answered evry question. These guys did not pressure me and let the whole process flow naturally. The sales manager asked if I would be interested in a great deal and he delivered! In less than two hours I drove away in a new Kia. This was my 12th new car purchase and by far the best experience of them all!!!!! More
