Great experience buying our Kia Soul. Bobby Dixon was very helpful and straight forward.The dealership didn't try to play games. Really enjoyed my experience at Kia Of Gastonia. They were able to get me to the payment I needed to be at hassle free and even through in a free ipod connector for my new Sorento. My saleswoman Kay was were able to get me to the payment I needed to be at hassle free and even through in a free ipod connector for my new Sorento. My saleswoman Kay was so friendly and easy going. As a woman I felt much more comfortable dealing with her versus a man. If you a woman I strongly recommend her she was not pushy at all. I was referred to Kia of Gastonia by GEICO Auto Buying Program, for a no-hassle agreed upon price beforehand. Bobby called me on the phone to let me know they have the 2011 Sorento EX w/Limited package I Program, for a no-hassle agreed upon price beforehand. Bobby called me on the phone to let me know they have the 2011 Sorento EX w/Limited package I wanted in stock. The only problem was it was over a thousand dollars higher than the price indicated by GEICO. Bobby explained the higher price was due to all the add-ons they put to their cars, such as tinted windows and stuff. For one thing tinted windows (deep) are standard with the Limited package. Talk about no-hassle price. These guys are a joke. Bobby even said to me: “Good luck to yha” – CLICK! I DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing with this dealership to anybody in no way whatsoever. BEWARE!!! It was a complete disappointment. This is why I'm giving this dealership a VERY BAD rating. More
I bought my Kia Soul at Kia of Gastonia about 2 years ago and it was a horrible experience! Since then I was informed that they were under new management so I went in my a possible trade in for a newer m ago and it was a horrible experience! Since then I was informed that they were under new management so I went in my a possible trade in for a newer model. The sales person I met with was Billy and I could not have been more pleased. He was very respectful and professional the entire time (which is great for me because being 25 sometimes I don't feel like I'm taken seriously). I told him what I wanted my payments to be and he didn't start $300 above that price like alot of car dealerships do...and of course there was back and forth about the price but he never acted annoyed or like this was a waste of his time. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and it felt nice. I walked in just curious about a trade in but walked out with a Kia Soul 2011 and I couldn't be any happier about the service. Kia of Gastonia has really stepped up it's game and I would recommend them and Billy to everyone I know! Thank you Kia of Gastonia and Billy Burr for such GREAT Customer Service! More
