I came in on March 24 at 745 at night and Stephen introduced his self to me, my wife, and son. He asked a few questions and took us straight to the perfect car. Both gentlemen went out of their way to make sure our car buying needs were met and our payment fit our budget. We were not the easiest "sell" which made their efforts to negotiate a fair deal even more impressive. I highly recommend Ron Gosey as an honest, knowledgable representative who treats his customers with respect and takes the time to address their concerns. Kia of Gastonia is obviously focused on maintaining long term relationships rather than a one time quick sale and it shows in the way their employeess communicate with customers. Mrs. Kay was absolutely wonderful. I was in a hurry, and we had an idea of what we wanted. Mrs. Kay greeted us with a handshake and a smile, and helped us tremendously. Mrs. Kay was so helpful that we ended up leaving with the model with bells and whistles, cost around 20k. Normally i would not be happy about this kind of situation, but i can honestly say that is the happiest and best experience i have ever had spending money. My wife and i are VERY happy with our new Kia Soul, and look forward to purchasing our cars in the future from Mrs. Kay at Kia of Gastonia.
