I was involved in an accident here in Charlotte 1200 miles from home. Our vehicle had damage to the radiator, condenser, and associated hoses and could not be driven any distance. I took the car in on a very busy Saturday and they were able to fit us in and determine the extent of the damage. On Monday morning Adam Shepard worked with our insurance agent in Wisconsin to get authorization to order the parts and make the repairs. By 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday we were on the road. I want to commend Kia of Gastonia and Adam Shepard for what I consider service above and beyond what could be expected. I worked with Brian Eagan as my sales person to buy a used sorento that was mechincally sound,clean and had leather seats. Boy did he find me a clean one! Our experience with this Kia dealership, and specifically Brian Eagan, was by far the best car shopping trip we have ever been on. We have been looking to purchase a car for the past 4 months, and in the pro Brian Eagan, was by far the best car shopping trip we have ever been on. When we found the car we were looking for at Kia of Gastonia, we decided to make the 2 hour trip up to NC. I am so glad we did! Brian was excellent. From the moment we walked in he treated us like we were friends, answered all of our questions, and even made sure we had all of the information we needed to come back and purchase the car 4 days later. After putting down a deposit to hold the car, we were helped in filling out all of the necessary paper work so that when we returned to pick up the car everything was already in order, and our car had already been detailed and was waiting outside the door for us. After 2 trips to NC from our home in SC, I am happy to say that this was an awesome buying experience, and if we decide to purchase another car, we will definitely return! I came on the lot to look at the 2013 Soul and couldn't get anyone to help me. I asked for Stephen Stiles because I bought a Soul from him last year and he was the best salesman I had ever dealt w couldn't get anyone to help me.
