Purchased a vehicle that had been serviced by County Ford. 2 hours after the purchase engine light came on. Took it to a local Ford dealer and they refused to work on it. Was told County needed to fix t Ford. 2 hours after the purchase engine light came on. Took it to a local Ford dealer and they refused to work on it. Was told County needed to fix their screw up. I was told they either broke a part when they were putting it bac together and opted to leave the broken part or they put it back together incorrectly. It went back to them fo a week and a half to be repaired. Ran fine with no issues for 2 weeks. Engine light came back on a few days ago. Took it to my local Ford dealer and they replaced a part directly related to the previous repair. That was 2 days ago. Guess what, engine light came back on. County Ford does less than subpar repairs. This is absolutely ridiculous for a vehicle to have problems directly related to their crappy work. More

They strung me along for a week slowly chipping away at the offer until I decided to end it. They actually had two different guys calling me about my truck that didn't even know of the overlap. These initial buyers have no authority to make an offer but they make offers anyway. More

We drove over an hour to get there and the salesman took our driver's license right away, asked if we had anything to trade-in we gave him the key with the trade in with original dealer info tag for the car we were trading in. We even walked him to our car. We walked around a lot because the vehicle they promised to show us was not available. The salesman could not find my husband's driver's license and had asked him for it for a second time when we told him he already had it. They tried to sell us something we weren't interested in at all. Asked again, while he had our keys his hand if we had a trade in after we had already told him twice we did! The young man never took his mirrored sunglasses off even in the building to talk to us. Wanted to refers to their second lot so we left. Would never go back. More
