Tested a car that we liked and decided to buy it, when we went to pick it up the next day, the car broke 10 minutes after we drove out the lot, barely made it back to the dealer (motor just turned off at every stop and would not accelerate wouldn't even go past 40 mph). The used car manager failed to tell us the car was in an accident and had frame damage, decided against getting the car back and this people really try to blame US for the malfunction of the car. Spent almost 5-6 hours there trying to fix this whole thing and they didn't even compensate us for anything, after wasting so much time, missing work and giving them so much money we got a different car and went our way. Wont be going back there not even for maintenance or repairs. More

I went in to purchase a vehicle. I had previously discussed what vehicles I’d be interested in seeing. When I showed up the next day, none of the vehicles previously discussed were available for me t discussed what vehicles I’d be interested in seeing. When I showed up the next day, none of the vehicles previously discussed were available for me to look at. They were all either in the service department or not available for whatever the reason. I ended up shopping online standing in their car lot and telling the salesman what specifically I’d like to look at that we’re not on the list. I purchased a vehicle, while doing the paperwork, I asked the sales manager to fill the tank before I left. He laughed and i never saw him again not very pleased with the sales team. More

I had one of the worst experiences working with the Finance Manager Vinny Ritorto. For over a month, I tried contacting him about cancelling my extended warranty because he did not provide me with the Finance Manager Vinny Ritorto. For over a month, I tried contacting him about cancelling my extended warranty because he did not provide me with the warranty we discussed when closing the deal. He confirmed that he made the mistake and that he would refund the full warranty amount given it was not what was agreed upon. I just received the refund and it was prorated as of last week, which means I incurred over a month of interest and service fees for a period that I didn't want the coverage. Very disappointed in this dealership and would not recommend to new customers given how they treat their current customers. More
