I went in to purchase a vehicle. I had previously discussed what vehicles I’d be interested in seeing. When I showed up the next day, none of the vehicles previously discussed were available for me t discussed what vehicles I’d be interested in seeing. I ended up shopping online standing in their car lot and telling the salesman what specifically I’d like to look at that we’re not on the list. I had one of the worst experiences working with the Finance Manager Vinny Ritorto. For over a month, I tried contacting him about cancelling my extended warranty because he did not provide me with the Finance Manager Vinny Ritorto. For over a month, I tried contacting him about cancelling my extended warranty because he did not provide me with the warranty we discussed when closing the deal. He confirmed that he made the mistake and that he would refund the full warranty amount given it was not what was agreed upon. I just received the refund and it was prorated as of last week, which means I incurred over a month of interest and service fees for a period that I didn't want the coverage. Very disappointed in this dealership and would not recommend to new customers given how they treat their current customers. More
