Extremely high pressure sales. Just wanted to look at a vehicle and they try to enter you into their system and want to photocopy driver's license. If I wanted to drive it, sure you can photocopy my license and "enter you into the system." Also, they had another sales guy aggressively jump and flip open a folder asking me about "my trade" when all I wanted to do was look at a vehicle. Super aggressive and in your face sales crap that no customer wants to be subjected to. Have purchased two vehicles from their sister store, Stearns Ford in Burlington and the experience there was just fine. More

Never, Never going back. The sales person was great he was 10/10 but the dealer itself was a horrible experience. Tested a car that we liked and decided to buy it, when we we The sales person was great he was 10/10 but the dealer itself was a horrible experience. Tested a car that we liked and decided to buy it, when we went to pick it up the next day, the car broke 10 minutes after we drove out the lot, barely made it back to the dealer (motor just turned off at every stop and would not accelerate wouldn't even go past 40 mph). The used car manager failed to tell us the car was in an accident and had frame damage, decided against getting the car back and this people really try to blame US for the malfunction of the car. Spent almost 5-6 hours there trying to fix this whole thing and they didn't even compensate us for anything, after wasting so much time, missing work and giving them so much money we got a different car and went our way. Wont be going back there not even for maintenance or repairs. More
