I worked with JOHAN to purchase a preowned vehicle. His offer was $21K for my trade-in and $29K for the vehicle I'm interested in. This was all so I can stay within my budget. However the written agreement I was given was completely different. After 3 hours of negotiations he DECEITFULLY changed the numbers to $20.5K for my trade-in and $30.5K for the vehicle I'm interested in. This is a lot of money if you have a tight budget. This place is a TOTAL SCAM. A bunch of DISHONEST people who PREY on you to make a living. They lost my business for good. Please STAY AWAY from this dealership and look for other dealerships that aren't SCAMMERS like this one. They certainly practice DISHONESTY daily. More

Buyer Beware---Management is awful at County Ford I went with my wife on Wednesday the 7th of September to purchase a used Ford Fusion 2020. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. During the transaction the was a confrontation between one of the managers where the salesperson had to be restrained showing profanities and racial slurs, he was very upset as to how he was treated by one of the managers. This made my wife and I very nervous and distracted during our own transaction, the salesman was kind enough to stay after closing but when he turned the car over to us there was only 1 key I asked where the 2nd key was only to find out they didn't have it, I was stuck because they were already closed, and the salesperson was already heading towards his car. Now the issue with the second key on these vehicles is that they are needed to get the keyless entry code, if the dealer doesn't supply it with the handbook, the other issue is that the key is needed if you want to program smart keys. I reached out the next day, my salesman was off, I spoke with his manager that was included in the purchase of the vehicle. He said he who have someone call me back, which never happened. I called the next day at 9:30am I was told someone would get back to me, I had to call again at 1:00pm same response, I called at 4:30pm (at this time I was frustrated) and was speaking with one of the managers he said he would get the used cars manager involved. I finally got a phone call at 8:00pm from the used cars sales manager, he asked to give them until 9/12 Monday to get the folks involved to help with the key. I am still waiting to hear back from them. In addition to when I spoke with the managers, they would say what we witnessed at the dealership was unprofessional but then downplay as not a big deal. I believe the environment that County Ford has not worth the salesman efforts that worked with me because I truly believe he did his best to do right by me, but it's obvious they don't have their employees' interests at heart and much less the customers after they leave their premises with a vehicle. I hate to have to say stay away but my experience is one that I would hate for others to have. More

Purchased a 2022 Ford Maverick from County Ford in July 2022. It was an excellent experience. Nathan Spoon is the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. The thing I like the most about County Ford is they are trustworthy. They keep their word on negotiated price. I look forward to using County Ford again in the future on new car purchases. More
