The mechanic checked the Sway bars, and I needed to replace both front sway bar links. I was happy that he discovered that before I really had a problem. When I made my appointment, there was so mu replace both front sway bar links. I was happy that he discovered that before I really had a problem. When I made my appointment, there was so much background noise that it was difficult to understand the person I was talking to. He had the call on speaker phone and I asked him to take me off of speaker phone but it was still difficult. I really liked the way you used to make appointments over the phone. Thank you for having tea available. When I found out that I had to have the sway bars replaced the tea made the wait a lot more pleasant. More
