The service person was nice and engaging and he explained the repair services however he did not explain all of the different fees attached to my service and when the service was completed we went over the b the repair services however he did not explain all of the different fees attached to my service and when the service was completed we went over the bill there were several fees that what other dealership charges a 3% fee for using your credit card which I would understand if this was a small mom and pop business also I was charged $33.69 for them spraying something on my headlight to keep condensation from forming I mean really did they use the whole can? Since 2015 I have spent several thousand dollars for service here and have never been more disappointed than I was today I felt like I was actually scammed today. I left a message for the service manager but I guess he felt as though he didn’t have to reach out to a dissatisfied customer. No worries I won’t be spending anymore money there! More

I came to the dealership not knowing what was going on with my car, just worried it would be expensive and a full day assessment. Chuck took care of me and helped me leave in a timely manner (not a full d with my car, just worried it would be expensive and a full day assessment. Chuck took care of me and helped me leave in a timely manner (not a full day at all!) with a brand new battery and clean car. He directed me to Barry who was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Chuck continuously checked on me, and made sure to got the updates I needed as I waited. I felt taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend working with Chuck or Barry for a you car needs! More

Countryside Nissan, I took my Murano for a regular oil change git the worst service. I will never take my car there again. The service desk guy that took my info asked my who took your appointment I told change git the worst service. I will never take my car there again. The service desk guy that took my info asked my who took your appointment I told him I did it online at 5:30pm and he tells me we close at 6pm. Well I think thats a him problem or the dealer not mine. They took my car and did the oil change and tire rotation in 30min or less. They didn't change the reminder to bring it back. They didn't update the memory on the system dial. I took my car to a local mechanic because I heard a noise and I was told 2 wheel nuts were tied and 3 he was able to remove with his finger. So he checked the other 3 wheel and the same. I called and spoke to a manager and he was so rude. Oh no that not us we wouldn't have done that, come on please. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO FN YOUR CAR. More

I have had my Nissan for 4 months and had an issue with RPMs jumping and took it in. They did their research and found a bulletin (not sure I'm wording this correctly) to update the software for my transm RPMs jumping and took it in. They did their research and found a bulletin (not sure I'm wording this correctly) to update the software for my transmission module and they car is running amazing now.
