I finally used a Nation's Safe Driver benefit I purchased along with my vehicle six years ago from Continental Mitsubishi. The dealership stated they were no longer Continental Mitsubishi (despite when I along with my vehicle six years ago from Continental Mitsubishi. The dealership stated they were no longer Continental Mitsubishi (despite when I called or received a call from their number their phone ID reads Continental Mitsubishi), but they are now Countryside. They were not the dealership which sold the benefit. Nevertheless, I was allowed me to use the benefit to replace a damaged tire. However, I had to pay first (even though I already paid when I bought the extra coverage). Now, the company, Nation's Safe Driver is refusing to reimburse me. They claim I have not proven I paid for the tire at the dealership where it was replaced. More

Captain John Valentino was a pleasure to work with, came in just for an oil change. Went to the show room to only have a look while we waited. John approached us right away and asked if we were interested i in just for an oil change. Went to the show room to only have a look while we waited. John approached us right away and asked if we were interested in the New Mitsubishi. We explained we were just waiting for service but having a look around. Before we knew it we became friends and shared our stories, meanwhile becoming attached to the New car. Then instead of an oil change we went home with our New car. Couldn’t be happier 👍 More
This dealership is truly a joke. After having my car for nearly 5 months I finally get my car back and find out that the work that they received a payment from my insurance from was After having my car for nearly 5 months I finally get my car back and find out that the work that they received a payment from my insurance from was never done. They received 2 separate claim payments and both jobs are currently not complete. They released my car to me in which I was aware that 1 job is not complete due to a supposed back order on a part however they have not gave me an estimated date on when the part is supposed to arrive., The original claim which was made back on May 11th for bodily damage to my undercarriage was paid out to them ad they never ordered any parts or touched my car. Luckily I had a 3rd party lift my car in the air so that I could see what work had been done and it comes to find out nothing had been done to my car in 5 months. When I contacted their repair manager he initially attempted to act as if he had no knowledge of it being 2 claims. However he acknowledged that they still had a check that they received back in July in the amount of $1795. So you are telling me you all had this money sitting there and didn't think to inquire what it was for? This dealership is absolutely the worst ever they have not taken any accountability or ownership in this matter and the the service is the worst. More
