When I purchased the vehicle I was told by Youssef that I had all this additional security on the vehicle and even while getting insurance on the vehicle while at the dealership I was told I didn’t need to a had all this additional security on the vehicle and even while getting insurance on the vehicle while at the dealership I was told I didn’t need to add things like roadside assistance because it already came with the car by way of Synchronize. I’m waiting around for my credentials so that I could utilize the service and even reached out and was assured that they were just wrapping up the deal, but come to find out that was a LIE and I don’t have that coverage, but I could add it for an additional 1000$....false information on my dime is unacceptable. More
