This dealership is filled with scam artist, they sold me a high end defective vehicle that broke down within the 1st few weeks of me driving it. When I returned it they stated that the vehicle had rodent d a high end defective vehicle that broke down within the 1st few weeks of me driving it. When I returned it they stated that the vehicle had rodent damage. They tried to shift the blame on me initially. The service guy Chris attempted to convince me to commit insurance fraud and file a claim. I informed them that I would not do this. After some back and forth they went ahead and replaced the damaged wiring in the vehicle that had occurred due to the rodent damage. It was discovered that they had the vehicle since December of 2021 in which I purchased the vehicle in mid April meaning the vehicle was sitting on their lot for some time. They promote a 30 day return policy however they have not honored this nor have they resolved the matter. Given the distance I am from the facility I have attempted trying to get the matter resolved via phone however the sales managers Yusif and Rob continues to play phone tag and will not connect me with the GM so that I can get this matter resolved. My car was towed to these guys on May 11th and it still has not been repaired or the matter has not been resolved. I am currently working with the Attorney General and a news outlet in which I will be seeking legal advice against this bogus dealership. More
