Its not about being perfect, its about following laws. By Law, "a dealer cannot require or force a customer to purchase an extended warranty or other back-end finance products." You especially cannot deny a sale because a customer doesn't want to purchase YOUR warranty or protection. Both John and Rob mentioned that they would not sell the car that I wanted without the warranty. I appreciate your feedback though.
