I’m sorry to say I have to cancel our 5 star review that we were pressured to make at time of sale. We were all under the assumption that this vehicle had apple car play. We even tried to connect it during we were pressured to make at time of sale. We were all under the assumption that this vehicle had apple car play. We even tried to connect it during our orientation but didn’t have the cords. The salesman tried to do it at our home when he picked up the title and failed. When we brought it in , service said after 30 min that it didn’t have it. Now this was discussed during our buying process because husband uses it for work. Jevon says don’t worry we will make it right. I don’t know how many times during the month he said don’t worry. We supposedly had to wait a month because of licensing. Went in today and now they want to charge us $1200 to install it. We negotiated our price with this vehicle with the understanding it had this feature, it does not. This the not the vehicle we were told we were purchasing. We walked away, but wanted to warn everyone about this. The dealer should of put this in for free for us because of salesman error. Wish they recorded these dealings! More
