Napleton Ford - Columbus WI. I am very Disappointed with this new dealership!!!! I was informed that the "Works Package" which I was part of the deal promised to me with the new I am very Disappointed with this new dealership!!!! I was informed that the "Works Package" which I was part of the deal promised to me with the new purchase of my new truck will no longer be honored. This equates to an extra $40 for every oil change. This was in the contract and promised to me for the live of my vehicle! I talked to the Service Manager and was told there was nothing he could do for me. I left the dealership and later returned and asked to talk to the owner. The owner was not there so I was introduced to the Operations Manager Vince. Vince continued to belittle me because I should just accept that the business was sold and there was nothing that could be done. I told him that was a bunch of xxxx where he got up and came at me and was about to push me out of his office. I told him "You lay one xxxxing finger on me..." Lucky for him he didn't assault me and continued to order me out of his office. I told him "I wasn't done talking yet!" I eventually got fed up with all the crap, turned and walked out of the xxxxxxx's office. Just beware that this company will not honor this package if it was promised to you by Countryside Ford. I will never buy another vehicle there and I hope everyone that reads this will do the same. More

I purchased four tires from them, the quality of the tires was great. However staff seemed to be a bit taxed if you will, not real friendly.
