Everyone was great at Country Nissan in Hadley, but Ryley was the best on them all. Very accommodating, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly a sense of humor. Here is a Sales Associate who knows his stuff, and communicates it fairly, COMPLETELY, and ethically, not to me Country Nissan), ought to be such. Here is a Sales Associate who knows his stuff, and communicates it fairly, COMPLETELY, and ethically, not to mention going out of his way to assure thorough customer satisfaction. I have bought two used cars from David, and then driven them 2,100 miles to another state. Buying used cars is a chancy thing, and being that far away from what I know to be Country Nissan's competent service would have been a concern had it not been for how comfortable I felt dealing with David and his representations. I base my conclusions upon his many years in the business and the high regard in which David is held by other of his customers. Those are the reasons I ended up with, not only one, but two, excellent used cars. The first car, a Mercury, was approaching 350K miles before the airbag failed, and without too much more than the usual maintenance that you would expect from any '93 vehicle being driven 40,000 to 50,000, or so, miles a year. My current car, a '97 Crown Victoria has been going smoothly for 35,000 miles, not yet having reached 100,000 miles, and no problems at all - unless you count a cracked windshield from gravel-hauling, uncovered trucks. Will I be buying more cars from Mr. Curtis? You bet, but it may be a while; not until this current one wears out. More

No pressure at all and he was very professional and friendly.I was shown how to operate all the features the car has to offer and that helped me out alot. I have been to the service department for an oil change and was taken care of in a timely manner. Overall I am extremely happy with all at Country Nissan. More
If the sales manager didn't work with us to get such a good price, I wouldn't have even thought twice about buying a car from here. I am not sure if our salesperson just started and doesn't know how to ta good price, I wouldn't have even thought twice about buying a car from here. I am not sure if our salesperson just started and doesn't know how to talk to people, but he was pretty terrible from the beginning. When I told him the car drove nicely, but had to think about it, he yelled in my face asking why I said outside that there was nothing I didn't like. Just because I like a car, doesn't mean I am going to buy it immediately! From that point on it was lots of lies about the car. He told me that the car got 35mpg when in reality it gets 24 mpg. He told me that he was going to get me all new brakes, new tires, and new windshield wipers, none of which I got. When I went to pick up the car, he told me to go talk to some girl about a rewards program to "waste time" while he cleaned the car. He brings it around with less than 1/2 tank of gas and dirty inside! When I asked about it, he told me that "you can't have a new car for a used car price." I don't think asking for a clean used car and one with a full tank is too much. I had a few things done through the service department, AMAZING. They were super helpful and worked hard to make things work for me. I think this particular salesperson needs a little lesson from them. I wish I had worked with a different salesperson so I could say everything was fabulous. I hope this salesperson gets some mentoring for his and all future clients' sake. More
