I had the chance to look further into this for you. The tire pressure light that was on and we did let you know we would fix it immediately for you. As far as discounting the vehicle, we price our cars aggressively and use a pricing tool to ensure we are priced within the top 3 vehicles of that model. Taking into consideration the miles, equipment etc. within a 100 mile radius, which I am assuming is why you drove from CT to look at it. We price our cars aggressively from the start to eliminate the back and forth and negotiating that consumers prefer not to deal with when they come into a dealership. We are sorry for your experience and we do appreciate your feedback.
