Jea Jensen in sales did a great job selling me my new Infiniti! TY Jea! Infiniti! TY Jea! More
On December 22nd I came into the store after talking to Jason over the phone regarding a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport. I ended up having Rodd as a dealer. At the time, I had funding from UMass Five College but Jason over the phone regarding a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport. I ended up having Rodd as a dealer. At the time, I had funding from UMass Five College but had been pre-approved through Nissan. I signed paperwork and called my insurance with Rodd and the sales manager. The car was to be delivered the following week but there was a delay with the title, so it was delivered with dealer plates and the promise that the title would be in “any day now”. The UMass Five ended up being different than what I thought so Jason got my cosigner and I re approved with Nissan. We signed the paperwork on January 1st. I asked Jason to put the UMass check for 20k in the car so when it was delivered, I could give it back to UMass (per their instructions) so they could void it out. He said he would. When the car was dropped off, the check wasn’t in it. I had repeatedly asked where the check was and always received “I will look into it” without a follow up. I sent an email to Jason on January 11th confirming that the first payment would be moved back from January 31st due to the delay with the title/registration. MA law states: Massachusetts title law requires all motor vehicles and trailers (over 3,000 lbs) to be titled within 10 days of purchase. The vehicle was purchased on January 1, so I have been driving around illegally, albeit on dealer’s plates. They should have NEVER delivered this vehicle to me without it being registered, titled, etc. On January 11th, Jason responded to my email stating “Yes, payment will be pushed back.” Around January 22nd I spoke to Jason on the phone after filing a BBB complaint due to the mess this has become and the fact the dealership has participated in illegal sales according to MA law. When we spoke, it was only then that I found out from Jason that he knew “10 days prior’ that the dealership had actually cashed the UMass check. He knew for 10 days and didn’t respond to me every time I asked about the check with the true answer. I found out Rodd and a bunch of people had been fired and according to Jason about “35 other people were also being helped due to a recent rash of bad practices by folks who were fired” He admitted to me that one of those folks should have never delivered the car to me without the title. Fast forward to this week. On Friday the 26th the title was finally in. I signed it and on Monday, January 29th, my cosigner did. It was registered the same day. I have been asking via text and email for the new loan paperwork with the new payment date and was told I’d get it Tuesday, but I did not. I asked about it today and received it. It is the same paperwork we signed on January 1st. When I asked Jason about it, he said the payment date is January 31st and there is nothing he can do about it. He is the one who told me via email on January 11th that it would be pushed back!!! Now, he doesn’t want to deal with me. He cannot, then backed out of speaking to me because I called him out on his lying. Finally, they cut a check for my first month's payment. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. They still need to get a dent and paint repaired and agreed to do that, let's hope they hold up their end of the deal. Many people told me to avoid this dealership, but I did not listen. Please avoid this dealership! More

In hopes to buy out my lease, your salesman Brandon did everything in his power to convince me that wasn’t ideal. This should’ve been my first sign to walk out, but I didn’t. I got put into a 2020 Rogue Sp everything in his power to convince me that wasn’t ideal. This should’ve been my first sign to walk out, but I didn’t. I got put into a 2020 Rogue Sport with way less features than my other Rogue had, and my payments were only $50 less than my lease. According to your General Salesman Robbie, I didn’t fight it. No I didn’t “fight” it, but I did question why the monthly payment was still so high, and I clearly wasn’t happy. I was told to come back the next day after the registration was done. I was called at 4pm telling me to come Monday because it hadn’t gone through. I left early from my job in Brattleboro to get there on time, only to sit there for 45 minutes and to be told that the registration was never done. You couldn’t have picked up a phone and told me that? Thanks for wasting my time on that one. Finally, a week after the purchase of the car it was delivered to me at my work. I gave the driver my keys to my other car, and he drove away very quickly. I got inside my new car, and noticed almost immediately there was a crack in the windshield. Which was NOT there when I test drove the car, which I have my father as a second witness to attest to that. I called and spoke with Brandon who sold me my car, and informed him of this. He replies to me “oh I know.” Like it was not a big deal whatsoever, which immediately made me angry. If any of YOU were delivered a new to you car with a crack in the windshield I can guarantee you would NOT be happy. He then told me that in the state of Massachusetts, a crack less than two inches is inspectable and that it was ok and to claim it on my insurance. No, it is absolutely NOT ok to deliver a new to me car with a crack in the windshield that happened when it was in the DEALERSHIPS possession. I just wanted my other car back. My aunt and uncle who both have numerous years of experience in car sales called and spoke with general sales managers Robbie and Jason and told them they completely gave me an awful deal. Robbie told my aunt that I could “trade” in my car they sold me and get back my other car. Only hours later he completely changed his tune while he was speaking to me personally, and told me if I did that my payments would be $550 a month. I was also told by Robbie that you cannot buy out a lease in the state of Massachusetts which is a complete lie (per the pictures below) So after I decided to just keep my new car, I wanted Country Nissan to be responsible to fix my windshield. It took them days, and me calling numerous time for them to get it together with Safelite to order the glass for it. They then came and picked up my car on Friday 7/28 and told me it would be done by Saturday or Monday at the latest. After going both of those days of hearing NOTHING I called the morning of Tuesday 8/1 and was told by Robbie it would be done sometime that day. About an hour later I received a phone call from a Kayla telling me Safelite ordered the wrong glass, and they had to reorder and my car would be done by Thursday 8/3. Never heard from them. I called Friday 8/4 first thing in the morning, and again spoke with Kayla who acted like it was no big deal they completely ghosted me the day before on what is happening with my car. Told that it would be brought to me by end of day Friday, got a call telling me that “Safelite’s calibration machine is down” and now my car won’t be delivered to me till Saturday 8/5. After EIGHT days my car came back. Eight friggen days for something that can be done in a driveway in an hour tops. This month long, extremely frustrating process has been so tiring, and has brought out an anger in me that I have never ever experienced before. Yes, some of it was my fault. But most of it was Country Nissan for their beyond crappy customer service, their lies, and all around attitudes about it all. It just proves that these people don’t care about th More
