I feel like I had to be in "buyer beware" mode there was only 1 key to vehicle, I asked about the other one, was told "we didn't discuss that", I am unhappy. it cost me $311 to have a duplicate key there was only 1 key to vehicle, I asked about the other one, was told "we didn't discuss that", I am unhappy. it cost me $311 to have a duplicate key made! I had asked that Country Nissan at least share the cost 50% with me, they refused. Also, there was a small tear under the rear bumper, and they did not have that fixed as promised, so when the dealer delivered the vehicle, it still needs repair. I feel that since I'd spent $23,049 plus sales tax and plus other fees there, they should have treated me as a valued customer, but they did NOT. Salesperson didn't even apologize for not having the bumper repaired, and I live 100 miles away from the dealership, so its inconvenient to say the least to return there to have something repaired that should have been fixed before I received car. at this point , I regret dealing with Country Nissan. More

Jason Wright is someone that connects with you first before he sets on what vehicle a person would sign for. With this being said, he was very conscious about the financial parameters I was looking for, and he made every dollar work towards what would work for me. He looked towards maintaining an honest relationship that genuinely recognized the fears as well as the desires of signing for a vehicle. Also, from the sales managers to the service desk, and even to the finance manager, they made the experience enjoyable without a hint of buyers remorse. I leased a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV and I personally want to thank Jason Wright from the beginning to end. If you want to test drive a car with no pressure and ease from the wallet to the mind, I highly recommend Jason for your car needs. John, the sales manager did an excellent job. Highly recommended! Jason Wright, Mark Bousquet, John Potter, Rhys Evans and Omar were extremely helpful. Mark Bousquet did his very best to make the process of a self-employed individual such as myself, not have to donate a kidney or other organ part to get our new Nissan Rogue. As many self employed people know, documenting all our income is not as easy for us as it is for employees who receive paybstubs. My experience with Country Nissan keeps me returning to them for our Automobiles time after time. Donna and I are on our third Nissan Rogue.
