Picking up my new car This is my fourth new vehicle purchased from Country Hyundai and I have dealt with Tom SADOWSKI in the service department since my first purchase. Tom has always been there to advise me on maintaining my vehicles properly and he has done an excellent job. When Tom tells me my car is good to go I know it is based on my experience with him over the years. It is a great feeling to have when you drop off you car for service and Tom tells you he will take care of everything. He is one of the reasons I continue to come back to Country Hyundai. Confidence and trust is what I have dealing with Tom. More

Unfortunately the work we needed done was about 6 hours and they couldn't give us a loaner vehicle to use for the day, when I made the appointment we were told if they are available we would get one....upon arriving....we were told the dealership doesn't have them anymore.....so in the future plan to get a ride if you need one. More

The buying experience for My Tuscon Limited was excellent, and that feeling has carried over to the service dept., from Eddies warm welcome to my service writers pleasant smile. Prompt service I have only had recalls on my 2011 Sonata, but when I call, they take me right in and accommodate my schedule. couldn't solve my problem my car doesn't start about every 4 days. It's intermittent so they say nothing they can do. this is a real problem given that I work in a college se my car doesn't start about every 4 days. Just surprised that was the response. they were very nice but I can't say I got good service since the very next day my car would not start. More
Fantastic experience! We started out on a trip only to have the engine light come on. We called Northanpton Hyundai and they had us bring it right in. It needed a transmis We started out on a trip only to have the engine light come on. We called Northanpton Hyundai and they had us bring it right in. It needed a transmission sensor and other parts. Since is was recommended to drive without fixing. They arranged a rental and fixed our car before end of day! No appointment and still managed to fix it and get us back on the road !! Wonderful service department we go out of of way to bring it there just because they always treat you with respect, honesty and friendliness! More

One tire had a nail in it. My issue that knocked it down from excellent was cost. I thought it was a little high but that is my own opinion. Although, I was quoted one price, the actually cost ended up being less so I guess I can't complain to much. Easily would recommend them and will continue to use their service department More

While waiting, which was short I was greeted by Scott Peters who sold me my car and asked it everything was going well. It was a great feeling the way both Tom and Scott treated me and also the quick and efficient way my car was handled. Country Hyundai is Definetly the place to go for quality treatment and service by all the people who work there. After several car purchases and maintenance there many individuals there have become friends. More
