Told them right out about my past experience, they listened and even apologized for what I had gone through in the before. Picking up my new car This is my fourth new vehicle purchased from Country Hyundai and I have dealt with Tom SADOWSKI in the service department since my first purchase. Tom This is my fourth new vehicle purchased from Country Hyundai and I have dealt with Tom SADOWSKI in the service department since my first purchase. Tom has always been there to advise me on maintaining my vehicles properly and he has done an excellent job. When Tom tells me my car is good to go I know it is based on my experience with him over the years. It is a great feeling to have when you drop off you car for service and Tom tells you he will take care of everything. He is one of the reasons I continue to come back to Country Hyundai. Confidence and trust is what I have dealing with Tom. More

Unfortunately the work we needed done was about 6 hours and they couldn't give us a loaner vehicle to use for the day, when I made the appointment we were told if they are available we would get one....upon arriving....we were told the dealership doesn't have them anymore.....so in the future plan to get a ride if you need one. More

The buying experience for My Tuscon Limited was excellent, and that feeling has carried over to the service dept., from Eddies warm welcome to my service writers pleasant smile. couldn't solve my problem my car doesn't start about every 4 days. It's intermittent so they say nothing they can do. this is a real problem given that I work in a college se my car doesn't start about every 4 days.
