Airbag Recall Notice Received e-mail at 9:30 am on 23 MAY 2014 from Country Hyundai regarding recall on airbag module mounting bolt toque. Called after receiving e-mail an Received e-mail at 9:30 am on 23 MAY 2014 from Country Hyundai regarding recall on airbag module mounting bolt toque. Called after receiving e-mail and was immediately scheduled for 1:45 on 23 MAY 2014. Upon arriving for appointment I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and courteous service personnel. After paperwork was verified and car keys taken I was told by Tom that the recall procedure would be done immediately and would I like to have my car vacuumed and washed after the inspection was done. WOW! Quick, professional, courteous and friendly service plus a free car cleaning. During my short wait I had personnel from various departments passing by who stopped and asked if there was anything I needed. They had to order the solenoid and called when it came in. Tom also answered all of my questions and scheduled an oil change for the same time as my service. Great work! I had a small area that needed touch up paint. He said the paint hadn't arrived yet, but we would scheduled a quick appointment. I laughed and told Tom the car was too dirty too notice it! The paint arrived while they had my car and they washed the entire car! It was a nice surprise! More
