What an incredible experience! Carla and her staff treated me like family. Sami in customer relations and the "runner" Mike were beyond amazing! I needed help and this team was there for me. I live about an hour away but chose to use this auto group because of their customer service, reputation and attention to detail. I asked multiple managers the status of getting my vehicle, I was disrespected by a manager and had to wait multiple days to find out. A shame that the experience turned out unpleasant (and we bought 2 vehicles that day). Will not be returning! More
