Even when we left the showroom to "sleep on our decision", we did not feel any pressure. The delivery of the car was very organized and we found it very helpful to be given a step by step walk through of all the cars features. I filled out a application online and I want to say "Jason" was on it he emailed me back and was very pleasant answering all my questions that I had! Thumbs up to you, when I arrived at the store Jermey immediately came over and introduced himself to me and invited me to his desk, after checking in with Jason, they came over to start the rest of the process, as Jermey shared with me that is is new and Jason is helping him out. Well I have to say that Jermey did an OUTSTANDING job and if you ask me I would have never guess that he was new. Jermey made me feel comfortable about the decisions I was make and seem to have been knowledgeable about the process and the cars on the lots, so I have to say what an amazing job he did and his personal will take him very far. I also want to shout out the Matt the finance mgr who made this process happen as well, with going back and forth with the banks and made it possible! Bait and switch Horrible customer service and completely clueless in the sale of a vehicle. My loan/sale was mishandled three times, they sold me the wrong car, car was not certified as advertised, I got auto insurance for the wrong vin number vehicle, they didn't deliver as agreed, delivered car with damage, without the full tank of gas nor with sales paperwork as we agreed upon. We had to sign the sales/loan paperwork three times because they could not get it right, they never call you back to discuss you issues. When I took my issues to Melanie Zoelck the Customer Service Rep, she took over four weeks to get back to me. When she did after discussing my issues with the lady owner, they did absolutely nothing for me. They do not stand behind their word/agreements. Sadly, our child had to pay the price as a first-time buyer. Not that they cared. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this dealership. Inconsiderate, thoughtless, horrible service. The owner never called me to explain or apologize. She just told me they would do nothing for us in living up to their agreements through an agent. Total bait and switch job. Once they get you to buy, they disappear from living up to their word and any agreements made. If you buy here, bring a lawyer and a video camera. More

Two cars in two years!!!! After fourteen years in our Volvo sedan, we bought a 2014 Sonata. We loved it. But, two years later, aging and medical issues necessitated a mid-size After fourteen years in our Volvo sedan, we bought a 2014 Sonata. We loved it. But, two years later, aging and medical issues necessitated a mid-sized SUV since it's higher off the ground. Off we go to Country Hyundai again where we bought our 2016 Tuscan. Again, we love it! Both cars are not only safe, easy to drive, get good mileage but they also have the "Wow" factor.
