We went in to purchase a vehicle that we saw online. When we got there they said it was gone but showed us a Kia Sportage 2020. There was a crack in the windshield and we were told they would fix it an When we got there they said it was gone but showed us a Kia Sportage 2020. There was a crack in the windshield and we were told they would fix it and to come back to pick it up. We did and the crack was not fixed. We purchased it in August 2023, bought 2 warranties, only given 1 key. Now it's 2 months later, the cars malfunction light came on and when I went on the highway the car would not go and I was almost hit. Today my husband took the car back to this dealership and they said we would have to find a Kia dealership to deal with problem. They did nothing to help us. I would never refer anyone to go there because even the manager was rude. With all the warranties this used 2010 car cost us 30000 and I wish to God I never stepped foot in there. You buy a car thinking your at a reputable company but we got scammed and please don't buy from them. More
