So here it is Beware of all the sneaky, slimy tactics used here. Or at least on me. Ultimately it’s my fault for not being diligent enough. So shame on me. I was foolish for thinking a friend of a friend sale associate wouldn’t screw me too hard. I mean, I know we all get screwed a little when buying cars these days. I like to think I am a reasonable and honest person. If you're going to screw me, just do it reasonably, lol, as I don’t mind paying for good service and products. But what happened to me was just absurd. I’ll spare the novel-length review I started to write as I want to just to wash my hands and move on with my life. So I paid more for a 2019 model in 2022 than it was sold for in 2019. Not even kidding. I wish I could post pictures because the sale associate mistakenly gave me the original 2019 sticker when I asked for the one that was on the car when I bought that day. Anyways, Yea, yea inflation, inflation, blah blah blah. I get it, and I know times are tough right now. But again, the amount I was overcharged, not to mention the financing I was told they didn’t have when I inquired about low apr was just another lie. It says explicitly on the website they have their own financing at 0.9 apr for the specific car I wanted to buy. Like why wouldn't they just use that? Do they get a kickback for using other high-interest credit unions? Sale associate said,” I'm going to fight for you.” Hilarious. I have excellent credit and was told my high interest wouldn’t allow me to get financing. My credit is high 700s, and I can literally get a loan anywhere at any time. And honestly, this is just the tip of the iceberg with how I was treated. I was even going to let it all slide and move on until the sales associate doubled down on his lies and slipped on a few things when I met with him, later on that week when I picked up the registration. I mean, they wouldn’t even fill my gas tank, or give me an extra set of keys, or freakin crappy used floor mats. It’s just laughable and so disappointing how not only did I get hit with the way overpriced car I got hit with high interest I didn't save off the depreciation. Which is the whole point of buying CPO. Not to mention missing out on scheduled maintenance, warranty and free blue link, and crappy floor mats. It's a joke, it really is. It's just sad a honest LOYAL customer would be treated like this. For the record, I love the car. But the whole deal has been soured as I could be sitting in a brand new car, or close to it for what I paid. Just be honest. Sad stuff. Sleep well friends. Note: literally any question or concern I had could not be answered or was answered incorrectly. Even simple questions like, “how long do I have roadside assistance” I was told 5 years and it clearly stats on website it's 10. Is it 5 or 10? These are all concerning things as one would like to have the security of knowing. I can't begin to express how frustrating this process has been. Also, I expressed concern about a load whistle coming from the driver side mirror at higher speeds (45 mph+) and my concerns like most, were not addressed. More

I was especially pleased to have the option of purchasing a pre-owned certified car, in addition to the used and new cars available at the dealership. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend working with Bill at Country Hyundai. My car is in great shape, low miles, and drives so smoothly.
