Very poor communication from Sales staff, including a Manager. I had a written agreement for a new Genesis and an appt. to take delivery, which never took place due to sales staff not returning phone cal Manager. I am sympathetic to the added work/stress brought on by the CDK debacle, but there is no excuse for failing to stay in contact with a customer preparing to take delivery. This dealership is very unethical. I was told to come there for a test drive and pre-apply for financing based on a specific car I wanted from their webpage. They knew they had sold that car days before but keep encouraging me to come see it. They dishonestly led me on to get me into their showroom. Once I was there they didn’t even show me a car with the features I asked for. After I left empty-handed, I was still receiving follow up emails and texts from them. One email referenced the car I had originally gone in to see - mind you I never saw that car because they had already sold it- but the email was written as if I had actually viewed the car. Clearly, internet sales people have no idea what is happening at the actual dealership. My opinion is that these people are shady. More
