We’ve worked with this family of dealerships for our last three vehicles. The friendliness is always there, and they do their best to work within our budget each time. My only critique would be to have more knowledge on the vehicles. We are still finding out stuff about the vehicle we have we had no idea was in there, but would be good to be shown. I also was not impressed with being told after the fact when signing papers the car did not come with any sort of warranty and it would be upward of $65 A MONTH more to include it, which I was already over budget with my car payments. These things need to be made aware before we get to the point of committing. More
