I was very pleased with my experience!!! I went just to browse the vechiles not having any intentions on purchasing anything. I told him that I was referred to hyundai by Griffin P who told me "country" would help in anyway possible. Scott went through the paper work with ease and answered any questions i had along the way. I told him of my budget and what kind of car I was looking for. He pulled up a Toyota Corolla and we took it for a spin. When I came back from the drive i was pleased but after Mike P crunched the numbers the car did not fit in my budget. This was a little discouraging but much to my surprise the awesome team at country hyundai kept pushing on. Scott then came to me and said he will figure something out that would be within my budget. They then pulled up a 2010 Hyundai Elantra!! WOW! I was impressed. This car is my new love!! So sharp on the outside and and crispy clean on the inside! Whoever details the cars should know that I say THANK YOU! It was gorgeous. We then took that car for a test drive. I was very impressed of how patient everyone was with me even though it was later in the day and this was the second car. I then was approached with the numbers on this car and it was completly within my budget and the down payment price was amazing to! I did need my mother to co-sign and Scott helped along with that whole process as well. Staying patient and explaining everything. We then met with Lee and went over all the paper work which was explained step by step so we knew what we were signing. I went home that evening knowing that in the afternoon of the next day I would have a brand new car!! coming from a car that sometimes wouldnt start, had no heat and was so small!! (and yet they still gave me a trade credit). I was so excited I couldnt sleep. Scott called me and told me that everything was ready for pick up.He brought me back to the service department and introduced me to everyone to set up for my next oil change they told me of all the different options so im prepared for anything. They do the insurance swap for you and the registration so you can just drive off the lot! They also gave me a paid slip to go and get my car inspected for free. I LOVE COUNTRY HYUNDAI! I'm telling all my friends to go and get a upgrade and to ask for Scott!! He was amazing! This is the best feeling I have had in a long time, knowing I can get to point A to point B with no trouble..Go to country hyundai and have a great experience like i did! I went into Country Hyundai with a vehicle terrible on gas and ready for the scrap heap. Scott took the time to answer my questions and direct me to a vehicle perfect for my commuting needs as well as my gas and ready for the scrap heap. I had a little junker that died on me and my credit wasn't all that great, so I stopped into Country Hyundai to see what they could do. This month we traded our 2010 Santa Fe for a 2012 Santa Fe because they offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. Lee in finance was very efficient in getting all the necessary paper work together and filled out in a timely fashion. Also, we wanted an optional item added to the car and Tom in service, whom we've dealt with on a regular basis for service on our previous car, took the time to install the item the same day we picked up the car so we didn't have to make a special trip back. (We don't live in Greenfield) We are very happy with the friendly atmosphere and people whom we have dealt with at this dealership and highly recommend them. More

Look at the other reviews for this dealership not on this site. Its clear that they write possative reviews like it was a customer writing them. We put a deposit on a car and then, after looking on the internet, realized it wasn't a good deal. The salesman never told us about a rebate of $500 that was available on the car. They also made it seem like they gave us a great deal on a trade-in, but it was actually all of the usual negotiating room. Also, the dealership would not allow us to take information about the extended warranties to consider when we had the time to review it. The day after put the deposit down we informed the dealership that we were not going to go through with it. We were told that we could go pick up the deposit money ($2000) any day Monday through Friday between certain hours. When we went to pick up the check they told us we could not get the money then because not sure if check cleared. Why would they even deposit the check if I told them we were not going through with the deal the very next day? Three weeks later they were still claiming they could not check with their own bank to see if the check went through. If and when we "prove" the check has gone through, they refuse to mail the check to us. They want us to go drive to the dealership, which we already have done once, to pick up the check. The dealership is an hour away. I caution anyone who is dealing with this dealership. They are unscrupulous and looking for any reason to not refund the deposit. More
Robin went the extra mile - actually took the Sonata Hybrid off the showroom floor and let us test drive it!!!! I have never seen that done, ever.
