He had my name on paper, but he remembered my wife's name which I thought was impressive. He went above and beyond his job today (3/26/13) by picking my car up at work in Shelburne Falls, and brought it back to the dealership to get the detail and car starter installed. When returning it, he stopped and had the inspection done. Something that an ordinary salesman wouldn't do. They had to order the solenoid and called when it came in. Tom also answered all of my questions and scheduled an oil change for the same time as my service. Great work! I got the exact car I wanted at a good price. The team stayed late to finish the paperwork. They had my aftermarket heated seats installed within a day. They worked with me on every issue.
