My car was brought in almost immediately and kept in the service bay until my advisor previewed the vehicle and determined it was acceptable for release. I couldn't agree with her judgement more. My car came out clean, serviced, with an extremely detailed service report and the technician who primarily serviced my car also was readily available to answer questions for me if I had any. More

Valdez Clark was the most pleasant salesperson I have dealt with. He made the entire experience so enjoyable. Myron was terrific as well. He took the time to throughly explain all of the paperwork. Despite covering two dealerships, Myron was still attentive and easy going. I didn't feel rushed. Valdez has called to follow up and make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend shopping at Countey Hyundai and asking for Valdez. More

Brand New Veloster... Raptor... Wife was on me to buy a new car. I hate buying cars because of the hassle involved with the process. After a long drive from Clifton Park, NY, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Veloster, or "Raptor" as my wife refers it. She wasn't big on the car at first since she didn't know what a Veloster looked like, but after getting it home and taking it for a spin, she loves it! Another great part of the process was Country Hyundai delivered it to my job with a full tank of gas. Country Hyundai delivered the car which is about 2.5 hrs away. My wife was amazed that they would do that free of charge. It goes to show you what they'll do for your business. Both Scott Peters and Jason Vautour made my challenges simple and easy. I'm a difficult customer. Scott and Jason kept me calm and focused. They were patient and understood my indecision. When all was said and done, my wife, daughter, and son were very excited when the car and I arrived home. Myron in Finance is awesome too!!! Had a great time bending his ear about football, vacation spots, and family. I was tired and a little insecure after such a long trip and day. I think the crew sensed this and accommodated me with lots of smiles and assurances. I couldn't ask for anything more. As for the car itself... I've only had it for a couple of days so I can't say much other than it's a blast to drive! I would definitely consider making another purchase there in the future. More

Valdez Clark was the salesman who I worked I have purchased cars through other dealerships. This was, by far, the best customer service I received. Valdez Clark was the salesman who I worked with. He was incredibly patient, answered all the questions I had and has such a friendly and welcoming personality. He is, easily, the best car salesperson I have met. He made sure I got the color car I wanted, he even made sure I drove home with it that day which happened to be a Saturday and gave me his personal cell phone to call in the event I ever have any questions. I will recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to Country Hyundai and give them Valdez's contact information. I also got the opportunity to work with Myron when signing the paperwork; he was very thorough and so pleasant to deal with. He. explained all of the paperwork I was signing and helped me get additional protection on my car. I had done research on-line prior to purchasing; Jason was so responsive to my emails. I've always hated the car buying experience and when it was time to buy a new SUV for my family I dreaded it! I was referred by a friend to check out Country and it was my first and only stop. They gave me everything I wanted and even got me into a new car for the same payments I was making on my old one with A LOT MORE TO OFFER! The process took a little longer to complete than I thought it would but they had to find and go get me my 2016 third row Santa Fe in up state New York. Overall I'm glad I went to Country and I'll definitely be referring my friends and family. More
