I came in knowledgeable. That helped with negotiations. Wish someone had taken the time to go over how the car operates. I do not find that the car was given a complete check over. Sales dept was very nice ...the out come was different This is a good dealership... But when they say on their web page that they don't care about whether or not you have bad credit or all you need is 99.0 This is a good dealership... That's not true because I have bad credit and still got denied and still have to put 1000 down... All I'm saying is that they might want to be more clear to what credit is acceptable ... While waiting, which was short I was greeted by Scott Peters who sold me my car and asked it everything was going well. It was a great feeling the way both Tom and Scott treated me and also the quick and efficient way my car was handled.
